REHAB IS A RACKET: LIQUID HANDCUFFS AND LIES
By Stanley R. Leszewski II Founder, American Substance Abuse Foundation LLC -MAGA Patriot
“They don’t want you healed they want you hooked. Recovery ain’t found in a bottle labeled ‘prescription.’ It’s found in the fight back to self.”
I have witnessed the truth: the American rehab system is a legalized cartel. It’s not about treatment. It’s about management, control, and cash flow. And the biggest scam of all? Suboxone and Methadone.
Methadone: The Government’s Favorite Prison
They call it treatment. I call it liquid handcuffs.
They say it’s medicine. I say it’s a slow bleed of the soul.
Methadone is 50–100x harder to get off than heroin. That’s a fact. And when you finally try to break free? They leave you on your own. No detox programs. No support. Just you, alone, suffering through a cold-turkey hell that most people don't survive.
I know. Because I lived it.
Thrown out of clinics. Cut off cold. Labeled as “noncompliant.”
And every time? I picked up. Not just once.
I picked up for life until I finally made the decision to fight for that life back.
Suboxone: The Corporate Street Drug
They’ll tell you Suboxone is “safer.”
They’ll tell you it’s “the lesser evil.”
Bullshit.
Suboxone is just another dope dealer with a license and a lab coat. It’s chemical dependency wrapped in a medical degree. And the worst part? They brainwash you into thinking it’s medicine like you’re doing something right while still being strung out.
It robs your emotions.
It flattens your soul.
It chains your brain.
Recovery is freedom. Suboxone is sedation. And sedation isn’t sobriety -it’s surrender.
Real Recovery Requires Real Honesty
Let me give you the hardcore logic:
1. You cannot heal in the same system that profits off your sickness.
The rehab industry doesn’t want you free. Freedom means no more billing codes. No more pharmacy cuts. No more profits.
2. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is modern-day maintenance -not recovery.
They don’t want you detoxed. They want you docile. The longer you're on it, the better it is for them.
3. When it’s time to get off that poison, you're on your own.
They’ll “taper” you for years, if you’re lucky. Then leave you to fend for yourself when the real pain starts. And if you cry for help? They tell you to go back on it.
I Documented the War -And I’m Building the Cure
I’ve been to the edge of hell. Shooting over 70 bags a day. Drinking from blackout to blackout. Not sleeping -passing out. Not waking up -coming to. And through that chaos, I fought like hell to take my life back. I wasn’t living, I was existing and death was more comforting compared to the suffering. I lost count how many times I was dead on arrival.
I documented every step of the way. Every lie. Every relapse. Every betrayal. Every breakthrough.
Now I use that experience to build practical, logical, hardcore tools people can use to:
Identify the real problem
Cut through the BS
Rebuild their life with purpose and power
America Has a Problem -And I’ve Got the Blueprint
We don’t need another recovery fad or another billion-dollar nonprofit. We need warrior logic. We need real leaders from the trenches. People who lived the nightmare and built their way out brick by brick.
That’s why I’m not just talking -I’m taking action:
✅Writing real substance abuse policy to reform this broken system
✅ Crafting crime prevention plans rooted in recovery -not revenge
✅ Building grassroots programs that actually work
✅ Speaking loud and proud across the country to wake this nation up
You Will Hear My Voice
To every addict still stuck in the clinic, every family watching someone die with a “prescription” in their hand, and every policymaker sitting in silence -I’m coming for you.
Not to beg.
Not to ask.
To demand change.
America is in crisis.
And in these coming months, this country is going to hear my voice everywhere -on the streets, in the halls of government, in the rooms of recovery.
This isn’t just about drugs.
It’s about sovereignty.
It’s about truth.
It’s about saving lives.
Stay savage. Stay free. Stay honest.
